Strange fish
This picture is a SEM image of partially sintered copper powder particles. A fractography is performed to study the growth of the necks during the consolidation phase of sintering.



About the author: Alizée THOMAS is a second year PhD student in GPM2 group. Her CIFRE thesis is in partnership with Schneider Electric and entitled "Development of copper electrical conductors by the selective electron beam melting (EBM) process".
