Thermodynamics of the gaseous phase for materials and processes

      •   Analysis of the gaseous phase by mass spectrometry coupled with Knudsen effusion method

               o  Materials: organometallic precursors, metallic hydrides, fluoride molten salts, oxydes.

               o  Processes:processes  of chemicals vapor deposition (ALD/CVD); purification and cristal growth processes using gaseous phase

      •   Experimental developments for the gaseous phase for in-situ thermal analysis (-40 à 2000°C)

Applications: microelectronics, photovoltaique, nuclear energy production and storage, hydrogene production and storage
