EleMENTAL - May 2017


We offer you a new variety of Swiss nano-cheese "EleMENTAL" particularly rich in copper. This new variety is prepared at SIMaP (TOP group) by dealloying technique of a Cu-Ca metallic glass in the pure water of the Alpine mountains. 50% porous EleMENTAL is therefore very light. It also shows catalytic prospects and will be able to kill all of your microbes thanks to its antibacterial properties.
