Research activities

I work on computational design of Metal Organic Frameworks for application as efficient carbon capture materials. We employ state-of-the-art Density Functional Theory (DFT) methods, to understand and tune the physics and chemistry in functionalized MOFs. Currently, we focus on developing photo-responsive functionalized MOFs for reversible carbon capture.
